A couple days ago my friend, Amber, did a guest post for some yummy Chili Lime Pork Loin. And I, in turn, posted this amazing burger recipe on her blog! This burger is totally awesome! I promise. It was especially a hit with Adam. Well, not the blue cheese part (surprise, surprise). So, I swapped out the blue cheese with some extra sharp white cheddar. Just for him. But you could do it too.
I also made my own steak sauce and crispy fried onions and they were both delish. If anyone's interested, I'll post those recipes up later, but if you're brand sensitive (as some people are) than don't hesitate to use your favorite!
