Weekly Meal Plan for May 3-May 10
1. Cheesy Baked Tortellini and Caesar Roasted Asparagus
*Totally meatless, so going to try this out on Monday!
2. Chipotle Ranch Baked Chicken Taquitos
*Cinco de Mayo fare!
3. Brined Pork Pineapple Skewers and Teriyaki Spinach Salad
*Take out fake out- Adam has been craving some Asian inspired food,
4. Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole, Roasted Broccoli, and Garlic Mac and Cheese
*Cheesy comfort food
5. Pork and Veggie Salad Bowls
*I have a little bit of leftover quinoa and veggies from last week, so we are going to use them up!
6. Caesar Chicken Burgers and Green Bean Fries
*Going to use up any leftover Caesar dressing from the Caesar Roasted Asparagus
7. Cubano Eggs Benedict
*Leftover pork from the pork and veggie bowls paired with leftover ham from the Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole makes for a delicious dinner!
You might have noticed that Moira and Keira don't have their weekly meals in this list! That's because we are balancing last week's healthy salad vibes with dessert vibes! Moira chose a brownie recipe and Keira will be making sugar cookie bars!
